*Implementation Plan for Studio Legion and Volunteer Phase Project with Student Visa* *Mission:* - Provide Spanish support for the professional growth of individuals facing barriers due to the English language and improve access to mental health services in the Latin community of Oregon. - Provide volunteering and learning opportunities for international students in the United States. *Objectives:* - Create a website and social media to promote the organization’s mission and services. - Provide mentorship and support in Spanish for the professional growth of individuals facing barriers due to the English language. - Improve access to mental health services in the Latin community of Oregon. - Promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding among students from different countries. - Support nonprofit organizations in the United States through volunteering.

*Scrum Methodology:* - The Scrum methodology will be used to manage the project and ensure that objectives are met. - A Scrum team will be created with a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a development team. - 2-week sprints will be used to develop and deliver functionalities. *2-Year Implementation Plan in 4 Phases:* *Phase 1: Research and Planning (Months 1-6)* - Investigate the needs of the Latino community in Oregon and identify the most needed mental health services. - Create a business plan and a marketing plan for the organization. - Establish partnerships with organizations that share the same mission and values. *Phase 2: Website and Social Media Development (Months 7-12)* - Develop a basic website and create social media profiles to promote the organization’s mission and services. - Create content in Spanish for the website and social media.

*Phase 3: Implementation of Mental Health and Volunteer Services (Months 13-18)* - Implement mental health services in Spanish for the Latino community in Oregon. - Establish a volunteer program for international students in the United States. - Volunteer students will work in non-profit organizations in the United States for 6 months. *Phase 4: Evaluation and Follow-up (Months 19-24)* - Evaluate the impact of the project on the Latino community in Oregon and on the volunteer students. - Follow up with the volunteer students to assess their experience and provide ongoing support. *Student Visa Requirements:* - Volunteer students must obtain an F-1 student visa to participate in the project. - Students must meet the requirements of the student visa, including enrollment in an accredited study program. *Budget:* - The budget for the project will be $40,000 per year. ...
